This is Phorio Netload. (a preview version, we are still developing it... true, it's not spectacular yet!)

Phorio Netload is intended to enhance the way you interact with information on buildings, real estate and architecture. It will enable you to access information and/or services on any web page on the Internet you go to, whether password-protected or not.

Phorio Netload is not a website or a centralized database. As a webservice, it will combine features of a social network, research engine, and linkage service. It will allow you to find relevant details in your specific area of interest -- across the limitations of domains. The service will provide powerful tools, suggest related web pages, and link to services you might find useful.

Users will have a variety of ways to use Phorio Netload. You will be able to install it as an extension in your favorite web browser, launch it as a bookmarklet, or install it on your website as a server script. At the moment you launch Phorio Netload, you will be able to discover new relations and individual web pages will rarely be dead ends.
